Make your own Trappit for the Gard’Apis

Don’t forget you can make your own Trappit following this recipe

1kg sugar

1 litre water

50g bramble or blackberry jam (even better if you find you have a jar that has gone a little bit off)

50ml apple cider vinegar

Heat it all together in a saucepan until sugar is dissolved and jam has melted. Bring to boil for a couple of minutes then allow to cool.

Put a small quantity in your Gard’Apis
